Associate Professor of Management

Yoo Na Youm is an associate professor in the Department of Management at Loyola University Chicago's Quinlan School of Business. Dr. Youm’s research focuses on firm-stakeholder engagement and its economic and social impact. Particularly, her research examines how firm-stakeholder engagement is manifested in corporate activities and organizational forms as engagement methods and external environments continue to evolve. Through her research, Dr. Youm explores how firms can effectively and ethically engage with their stakeholders in ways to make positive contributions to the society.
